- Shrimp Crackers (complementary)
Seasoning ingredient :

cloves of Garlic
- 5
cloves of Red Onion
- 1 cm
of Turmeric (burned)
- 1 cm
of Kaempferia Galanga
- 1
piece of Red Hot Chilli
- 2
tablespoons Shrimp Ebi
How to make :
Special Squid Fried Rice |
- Clean fresh squid in the waste and ink, then
cut into a ring-shaped into several parts, wash it clean and set aside.
- Crushed
garlic, red onion, turmeric, kaempferia galanga, red hot chilli and ebi
shrimp until smooth and set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil, saute the all spices
until smooth smelled fragrant.
- Enter the squid and sliced pieces of red onion,
cook with medium fire until squid change color.
- Enter white rice, sliced red chilli, pepper
powder, salt and flavor taste sufficiently, stirring all ingredients until
well-mixed.
- Cook until the rice is properly cooked and
