tablespoons of Cooking Oil, (for sauteing)

stalk of White Lemongrass (finely sliced)
Subtle Seasonings :
- 10
cloves of Red Onion
- 5
cloves of Garlic
- 7
pieces of Red Curly Chilli
- 5
pieces of Hot Chilli
- ½
teaspoon of Shrimp Paste
- Salt (to taste)
How to make :
- Spread skipjack tuna fish meat with lime water
and salt, let stand for 15 minutes, then steam until cooked 30 minutes. Lift,
in shredded.
- Heat the cooking oil, saute the spices finely
until smelled nice. Enter the skipjack tuna, onion leaf and lemongrass. Stir
