Main Material :
- 1 tablespoon of Salt
Seasonings and Sauce Material :
- 1 piece of Spanish Onion
- ½ tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
- 5 tablespoons of Garlic (finely
chopped)
- 80 gr of Thin Noodle
- 1 teaspoon of Ginger (finely
chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Pepper
- 5 tablespoons of Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
How to make :
- Wash and rub the
octopus with salt. Then wash it back until it is completely clean. Cut the
octopus foot with a size of ± 5 cm.
- Clean the inside
of the organ octopus head to clean and cut with a size of ± 1 cm. Drain and set
aside.
- Boil thin
noodles with enough water. Remove if ripe and rinse with cold water.
- Roll noodles
each of 5 grams.
- Cut the spanish onion into two parts and cut the length.
- Make sauce :
Mix all remaining sauces ingredients except cooking oil, sesame seeds and spanish onions. If all the spices material or sauce
has been mixed, you can set it aside first.
- Heat the cooking
oil with 1 tablespoon. Saute that spanish onions
for 1 minute using a large flame. Next, pour the sauce mixture. Stir evenly and
stir-fry again.
- Put and cook the
octopus into the pan about time ±
1 - 2
minutes while stirring until cooked. Lift and serve
- Sprinkle the
sesame seeds on top of it.
