BULGOGI

Main Materials :

Bulgogi

-    2 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
-    3 tablespoons of Water
-    2 tablespoons of Sugar
-    1 tablespoon of Honey
-    ½ tablespoon of Sesame Oil
-    1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds (roasted)
-    1 stalk of Spring Onion (finely chopped)
-    3 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
-    ½ teaspoon of Powdered Broth (to taste)

How to make :

-    Put the sirloin beef into the freezer until it freezes and then sliced ​​it with a sharp knife as thin as possible
