- 350 gr of Sirloin Beef
(thinly sliced)
Seasonings Material :
- 2 tablespoons of Soy
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Water
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Honey
- ½ tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
(roasted)
- 1 stalk of Spring Onion (finely
chopped)
- 3 cloves of Garlic (finely
chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon of Powdered Broth
(to taste)
How to make :
- Put the sirloin
beef into the freezer until it freezes and then sliced it with a sharp knife
as thin as possible
- Put into a bowl
of all ingredients then stir until dissolved and evenly. Put the beef that has
been in the sliced before, mix well and cover the surface of the bowl
with plastic wrap or other cover.
- Soak the meat
