Material :
- ½ pieces of Grated Coconut
- 8 pieces of Citrus Leaf (discard the
leaf bone and finely sliced)
- 3 stalks of Lemongrass (finely sliced
white part)
- 2 pieces of Citrus / Kaffir Limes (take
the water)

How to make :
- Beat the duck
