BALLS OF FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww Food (Balls of Fried Rice)
Balls of Fried Rice
-    2 plates of White Rice (cold)
-    50 gr of Sweet Corn (shelled)
-    50 gr of Carrots (small box cut)
-    50 gr of Pieces Chicken Breast (cut into small boxes and boiled)
-    1 piece of Chicken Egg (shake off)
-    ¼ piece of Big Onion (finely chopped)
-    1 clove of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    ½ teaspoon of Salt
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
-    1 teaspoon of Worcester Sauce
-    3 tablespoons of Margarine (for sauteing)

Coating Material :

-    Seasoning Versatile Flour or Wheat Flour
-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs (shake off)
-    Bread Crumb Flour rough (to taste)

How to make :

-    Heat margarine and saute big onions and garlic until it smells nice.
-    Put the pieces chicken breast, stir until change color. Set aside on the edge of the pan.
-    Add chicken eggs, stir until rolled (scrambled).
-    Put the rice, sweet corn, carrots, worcester sauce, salt, and pepper powder. Cook until well done. Lift.
-    Take 1 or 2 tablespoons full of fried rice (according to taste). The fried rice is round like a ball.
-    Roll into a seasoning versatile flour, dip it into egg whisk and roll it on a bread crumb flour. Keep in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
-    Fry again the rice ball into the oil that has been in the heat to yellowish. Lift and drain.
-    Serve with chili sauce or tomato sauce.
