- 200 gr of Meat Crab (boiled)
- 100 gr of Shrimp (peeled and roughly
sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of Spring Onion (rough sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
Supplementary
Material :
- 2 piece of Chicken Eggs (shake off,
pancakes, finely sliced)
- 100 gr of Lettuce (finely sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of Fried Onion
How to make :

- Heat cooking
oil, saute garlic and spring onions until smelled nice.
- Add the crab meat
and shrimp. Stir until it changes color.
- Add the oyster
sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil (so savory)
- Put the rice
(light up a little fire), then stir until blended.
- Add the pepper
powder and salt. Stir well. Lift.
- Serve with
