gr or ½ kg of Tripe Meat (already cleared)

tablespoons of Cooking Oil

tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
- Flavor Seasonings
Ground Spices Material :
- 8
cloves of Red Onion
- 3 cloves
of Garlic
- ½
teaspoon of Shrimp Paste
- 5
pieces of Red Chilli
- Salt (to taste)
How to make :
Tripe Meat Fried Rice |
- Boil the tripe meat until tender and lift,
cut into 1 x 2 cm size.
- Heat the oil into a saucepan and stir-fry
the spices
- Add the slices of the tripe and stir-fry
with a ground spices until dry.
- Put the rice and mix well and add the sweet
soy sauce and flavor seasoning, stir well again until cooked, lift and serve
with pickled cucumber.
