Seasoning Ingredients For Meat :
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic (finely
chopped)
- Ginger Juice
(to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ tablespoon of Sesame Oil
How to make :
- Clean meat and
cut to size according to taste (If can cut meat a bit thick). Season the meat
with seasoning ingredients. Then let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Carrots peeled
and cut across. Cut across also great onions and cucumbers.
- Mix the eggs and
sago into one.
- Put the meat
