TANGSUYUK

Main Material :

Wowww Food (Tangsuyuk)
Tangsuyuk
-    600 gr of Beef
-    ½ piece of Cucumber
-    6 tablespoons of Vinegar
-    ½ piece of Carrots
-    1 tablespoon of Water Sago
-    1 piece of Big Onion
-    8 tablespoons of Sugar
-    ½ tablespoon of Soy Sauce
-    220 gr of Sago Flour
-    1 piece of Chicken Egg (white part)
-    Cooking Oil (to taste)
-    400 ml of Hot Water
-    ¼ tablespoon of Salt

Seasoning Ingredients For Meat :

-    1 tablespoon of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    Ginger Juice (to taste)
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper
-    Salt (to taste)
-    ½ tablespoon of Sesame Oil

How to make :

-    Clean meat and cut to size according to taste (If can cut meat a bit thick). Season the meat with seasoning ingredients. Then let stand for about 30 minutes.
-    Carrots peeled and cut across. Cut across also great onions and cucumbers.
-    Mix the eggs and sago into one.
-    Put the meat that has been in stand and the seasoning into a mixture of sago and eggs.
-    Heat enough cooking oil in a frying pan. Put the meat and fry until cooked, set aside.
-    Fry the vegetables with another skillet. Then pour the water. Cook until the water is boiling.
-    Put vinegar, salt, sugar and soy sauce. Stir until evenly distributed. Sago water input. Stir until evenly distributed.
-    Serve pieces of meat on a large plate. Then pour over the sauce. Serve immediately.
