KIMCHIJEONG or KIMCHI BUCHIMGAE

Main Material :


-    300 gr of Kimchi
-    100 gr of Beef
-    1 cup of Wheat Flour
-    5 stalks of Spring Onions (thin cut)
-    ½ piece of Big Onion
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper
-    1 cup of Water
-    Cooking oil
-    1 piece of Chicken Egg
-    1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

How to make :

-    Cut small kimchi (to taste).
-    Cut a big onion into two parts and cut to size according to taste.
-    Clean and cut the spring onion with a size of about 5 cm.
-    Wash and cut the beef into 2 x 2 cm.
-    Combine wheat flour, eggs and water. Stir until evenly distributed.
-    Put kimchi, big onion, spring onions and cut beef already. Season with pepper, salt and sesame oil.
-    Put enough cooking oil and heat it on a frying pan. Then fry the kimchi dough until cooked. If it is cooked, place or store kimchijeon on a prepared place or plate.
-    Number of Servings : 3 Persons
