Material :
- 1 kg of Beef (thin cut width)
- 4 glasses of Watery Coconut Milk
- 1 glasses of Condensed Coconut Milk (from 1 coconut)
- 2 tablespoons of Red Chilli (puree)
- 6 cloves of Red Onions (puree)
- 2 cloves of Garlic (puree)
- 5 grains of Candlenut (puree)
- 1 piece of Galangal (fry)
- 1 stick of Lemongrass (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons of Margarine
- Seasoning Beef Flavor
- Sugar (to taste)
How to make :
- Heat margarine, stir-fry all the spices in puree with galangal and lemongrass until smell goods, enter the meat. Stir until it changes color.
- Pour watery coconut milk, sugar and seasoning beef flavor, cook to boiling.
