Material :
- 1 piece of Milkfish
- 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
- ¼ kg of Tamarind
- 5 cloves of Red Onions (finely sliced)
- 6 piece of Red Chilli
- Fried Red Onions (to taste)
How to make :
- Remove the scales of milkfish and cut into 2 parts, squeeze tamarind and give a little water so as not too dilute, smeary and drain.
- Combine milkfish with turmeric powder, red onion and red chilli, cook until all seasoning is absorbed.
- Once cooked, remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried red onions.
