Material :
  • 1 piece of Milkfish
  • 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ kg of Tamarind
  • 5 cloves of Red Onions (finely sliced)
  • 6 piece of Red Chilli
  • Fried Red Onions (to taste)
How to make :
  1.  Remove the scales of milkfish and cut into 2 parts, squeeze tamarind and give a little water so as not too dilute, smeary and drain.
  2. Combine milkfish with turmeric powder, red onion and red chilli, cook until all seasoning is absorbed.
  3. Once cooked, remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried red onions.
